JSH Quality Consulting, LLC will assist in achieving certification by providing gap analysis, orientation training, process development, documented information (Quality Manual, procedures, forms, etc.), implementation, on-site training, data collecting, internal audit, management review and other services necessary for maintaining and improving your management systems.

 

Your JSH consultant will inspire confidence and set your mind at ease that you have selected the right consulting company. We can assist you in determining the right management system that best fits your organizational needs. We'll also encourage management and/or process owners to show an executive commitment to motivate the entire organization.

Throughout the Implementation Program, your consultant will work with your schedule and time constraints to meet your goals of certification. After we establish your desired completion date, we will assist you with choosing a Registrar that is right for your organization.

During the process development phase, your consultant reviews with process owners on-site to ensure that the necessary processes are in place and accurate to the organization. Processes include, but not limited to: Documented Information, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operations, Performance Evaluation, Continual Improvement, etc.

During the management system development stages, your consultant can help write documented information required by the standard to help ensure your management system is established, documented, implemented, maintained, and improved. Documented information includes: Quality Policy; Quality Objectives; Scope; Processes; Monitoring and measuring resources; Competence; Planning; Changes; and other types of documented information to ensure planned results.

Your JSH consultant conducts training sessions on-site ensuring that management and/or process owners are competent in the administration of the management system, thereby ensuring proper training of personnel. We provide many methods of training to ensure confidence in trainees.

A JSH consultant will conduct an "Internal Audit" of your management system and guide management in the facilitation of the "Management Review" of the management system. We will provide your organization with the necessary tools for the management review and Internal Audits (including preparing personnel).

​

Once everyone is satisfied with the system and it has demonstrated its effectiveness, we make sure the users and process owners are familiar enough with the systems, associated tools and documentation to move to the Certification Audit. 

 

If desired, we can establish an ongoing relationship where our consultants conduct your internal audits and ensure your organization remains compliant to the standard and your management system remains in a great position to leverage quality as a competitive advantage.
